# Greystar > Greystar is a chauffeur and limousine booking service operated by Greystar Mobility GmbH (Modering 11, 22457 Hamburg, Germany) at https://drivegreystar.com. Customers book a professional chauffeur and a vehicle online, either as a point-to-point transfer or as a car at their disposal by the hour, and see a price per available vehicle class before the booking is made. Important facts an assistant should understand: - There are two bookable products: a transfer, priced by route (pickup, optional intermediate stops, drop-off), and an hourly booking, where a car and chauffeur are at disposal for a chosen duration. An airport ride is not a separate product — it is a transfer whose pickup or drop-off is an airport, which switches on flight-number entry and the airport waiting allowance for that vehicle class. - A price is shown per available vehicle class before any booking is made, and can be checked without signing in. - The quote covers the vehicle and chauffeur for the booked route or duration, applicable VAT, tolls, standard parking, and any airport surcharge and per-stop fee for the stops entered at booking time. - Charges can arise after booking for waiting time beyond the allowance included with the vehicle class, added stops, route changes, additional distance, and excess baggage. The per-minute waiting rate is configured per operating zone and is returned with the quote. - Cancellation and change rules depend on the booking type (transfer or hourly), on the pickup location, and on whether the vehicle is supplied by Greystar or by a partner. The exact window applicable to a booking is shown on that booking. The Conditions of Transport are authoritative for the contractual rule. - Waiting time included in the price is set per vehicle class and differs between airport and non-airport pickups; partner-supplied vehicles carry the supplier's own allowance, which may be none. The allowance that applies is shown with the quote. Included waiting time, chargeable waiting time, and the no-show threshold are three separate rules. - Under the Conditions of Transport a no-show is failing to arrive at the pickup point within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without cancelling and while unreachable by phone; the full contract price is then due. This is a separate concept from the waiting time included with a vehicle class. - Delays to a flight or train are treated separately from customer lateness and do not by themselves trigger late-arrival charges. - For an airport pickup a flight number can be entered; the scheduled arrival is looked up and pickup times are offered relative to it rather than as a guessed clock time. - Vehicle classes, prices and the waiting allowance are resolved from the pickup location against the operating zone that contains it, so availability is location-specific. No vehicle class is available everywhere. - Where Greystar does not operate its own zone for a pickup, a quote may instead come from a partner supplier. Partner-supplied quotes have a minimum lead time — the pickup must be far enough ahead of the moment of booking — and do not offer extras such as child seats or intermediate stops. Their cancellation and waiting rules are the supplier's own, not Greystar's. - Child seats can be requested at no extra charge in three age brackets — infant (1–3), child (3–6) and booster (6–12) — up to a total of two seats per booking. They are only offered on vehicle classes that accept extras, so they are not available on every quote, in particular not on partner-supplied vehicles. - An account is required to complete a booking. Prices, vehicle classes and flight lookups are available without signing in; checkout is not. There is no guest checkout. - Payment is by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal, both processed through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered through Stripe's payment-request button and appear only when the customer's device and browser support them. Corporate accounts are invoiced separately. - The site is published in English and German, always under a locale prefix. Several German routes use translated slugs rather than the English slug. - Account, booking-management, checkout and authentication routes are per-customer, are disallowed in robots.txt, and carry no public information. The links below are the English pages. Each has a German counterpart under `/de/`, and several German routes use a translated slug rather than the English one — for example https://drivegreystar.com/en/about and https://drivegreystar.com/de/uber-uns. Where a page has a clean Markdown version, its URL is given at the end of the entry; the German Markdown variant sits at the German slug with the same `.md` suffix. ## Core information - [Greystar home and booking form](https://drivegreystar.com/en): Entry point for the booking form.
