Booking services on Greystar
Greystar Mobility GmbH acts solely as a booking agent and presents the SUPPLIER’s service offers on its behalf.
CUSTOMERS search for and select suitable transport services on the Greystar Mobility GmbH platform. Greystar Mobility GmbH then forwards the CUSTOMER’S request to the corresponding SUPPLIER, who is the chosen service provider. The transport service itself is performed exclusively by the SUPPLIER.
Immediately after submitting an enquiry, the USER will receive a preliminary, non‑binding booking confirmation from Greystar Mobility GmbH. The contract for the provision of transport services is only concluded once the SUPPLIER has accepted the order. The contract is formed exclusively between the CUSTOMER and the selected SUPPLIER. The conclusion of this contract is confirmed by a binding booking confirmation, which Greystar Mobility GmbH sends to the CUSTOMER on behalf of the SUPPLIER. The transport service is invoiced in accordance with the contractual and statutory provisions applicable between the SUPPLIER and the CUSTOMER.
Greystar Mobility GmbH may be engaged to manage the accounts for passenger transport services on behalf of the SUPPLIER and in the SUPPLIER’S name. CUSTOMERS can book suitable transport services (e.g., taxi, car rental) via our website or mobile application according to their individual requirements.

If unforeseen circumstances affect the CUSTOMER’S plans, the CUSTOMER may cancel the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Further details regarding booking and cancellation are set out in the Conditions of Transportation Statement.
