What is our Cancellation Policy?
For transfer bookings (booked by the route), you can cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no cost. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee. For hourly bookings (booked by the hour), cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time will incur a cancellation fee. For corporate travel bookings, cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific agreement. We recommend reviewing your corporate travel agreement for detailed information on cancellation fees and timeframes.
